The bike used in the review is a 10k bike. The cheapest one id 4k. Who the fuck is buying these bikes? I just payed 2k for a Salsa Journeyer Cues and while I love the bike it still felt like too much. 4 years ago I bought a Surly ogre and it was on sale for 1300. These companies really need to address the sub-2k market. Not everybody wants a racing bike.

It’s like you’re going to a car dealership to buy a car, but every car brand is either Yugo or Ferrari. No in-between. You’re either getting a bargain basement piece of shit assembled by untrained morons (walmart bike), or an extremely expensive highly optimized performance machine (major brand bikes). No other choices.
