No kidding. This literally looks like a new Octopath Traveler game but instead they slapped the FF brand sticker on it.
I’m not against that, but call a spade a spade. This is not new or innovative like they’re making it out to be.

Brave Exvius started in 2015 and Octopath was 2019. This is just a new iteration, dumping the gacha part and adding a full traversable open world map.
Well how about that. And yet they’ll still try to charge $90 for it, I bet.

Octopath is not just its HD-2D art style, as its core (at least for octopath 1 and 2) are the 8 independant stories, main characters and basic jobs.
