    Dropping stuff or knocking stuff over is a trigger for me too. I don’t really know if it’s just a case "Oh great, I already had more things to do than I can handle, and here’s one more thing. " or if there’s some kind of trauma origin story that I just don’t remember. Maybe a bit of both.

      Oh, I never even thought about it like that. I just assumed it was the “straw that broke the camel’s back” effect. 😃 But you’re probably on to something

      Maybe tied in with rejection-sensitive dysphoria, too? Like, I assume I’m going to get laughed at or embarrassed, so I get preemptively ragey

        Having a finish line to look forward to is a big thing for me. If I feel like I’m right at the end of my list of things to do before I can exit responsibility mode, and another task lands in my lap, I feel so defeated.
