This is the scooter I just purchased. I have put 100 miles on it in just shy of a month. My gripe with it is that it is 99lbs, making it impossible to get it up the 4 steps into my house. Luckily I have a shed that has become my scooter garage.

It absolutely rips. The first stat you’ll see on Inmotion’s website is “Fastest acceleration: 0-48km/h in 3.5s.” That’s 29.8 miles per hour. That means you’ll be giving a Mustang V6 automatic a run for its money up to 30 mph on this US$2,200 machine. I guess racing a V6 Mustang isn’t a whole lot to brag about, really … but on a scooter?! That’s quick.

This thing MOVES! I have really been surprised by the acceleration. It has 4 drive modes, eco, drive, speed, X-treme. I mostly use drive and eco, and even in drive I can zip around. For me, eco tops out at about 14.3mph. Drive I have had up to 34mph and it was still accelerating when I backed off on the throttle.
