I’m afraid that’s just how it is. Tags aren’t very popular among Mastodon users in my experience so they don’t help much either (but I still recommend adding some tags). Literally the only thing that helped my posts getting seen is a boost from some popular Masto person.

You don’t. Instead, you recommend a specific community/instance that they’d like to participate in. And if Fediverse doesn’t have such a community your friend wouldn’t stick with it anyway.

For most people the advantages of federation doesn’t matter at all. What matters is their ability to connect with their fellow human beings on topics they care about.

My build is kinda a jack-of-all-trades: cudgels in melee, light manipulation and pyrokinesis at range. Trees help a bit but sometimes I really struggle with breaking the groups. It doesn’t help that my character isn’t up to level for this challenge and I’m too impatient to just leave it be for a bit.

Especially if you’re a mutant, you may have some “escape key” abilities already

On my Roleplay run (my main) I beat Golgotha first try without any problems but I just can’t reach the soulsucker’s village because the goatfolk just keep killing me on my way.

And on my current Classic run I was going precariously through jungle (in hope the quest there is easy) and the game was like “waow a new village!” and excitedly made me enter a goatfolk village lmao.

That was my experience with Demons Souls. I reached 1-4, tried to beat the boss a few times but got sick of dodging dragons’ breath and riding the slowest elevator in my life so I quit.

5-2 was my final boss it seems.

Before the June update Gajim wasn’t related to GNOME at all and worked perfectly fine on my Xfce desktop. The update fully switched to GTK4 + libadwaita, and they also redesigned their website to look exactly like GNOME’s.

I suppose they changed their design direction…

Gtk3 is considered legacy now

Cinnamon and Xfce still exist though. It’s not like gtk3 is suddenly out of use.

Well, I did post one a month ago in !gaming@lemmy.world but yeah, I mostly post them in the Tavern. Posting them on Lemmy usually takes some effort since I try to make the posts approachable for those who aren’t familiar with crawl in its current version so I often just don’t do it at all.
