And okay, fine, maybe you don’t want to break the law. In that case, go play any of the thousands of excellent indie or 5+ year old PC games that cost less than $10 on sale. You’re still much better off than buying console games.
This seems kind of a “Lies, damned lies, and statistics” thing to measure. It makes large centralized conflicts (one war between two states where ten million people die) seem a lot less severe in comparison to decentralized conflicts (ten wars between twenty local groups where one million people die in total).
You can play tons of good games on a PC that is cheaper up-front than a Playstation 5. Get a second-hand 720p or 1080p monitor for $30. Spend 1 day to build a $470 PC (logical increments has a good parts list and it’s easier than legos). Install Linux. Start pirating.
Even if you count that day as $200 in lost opportunities (in which case you would logically be making at least $6000 after taxes per month, or over $100k per year before taxes), that still means it’s cheaper upfront to have a PC with hundreds of games than a PS5 with one (1) game.

A neighbor getting groceries for you so you don’t have to go for an overstimulating store and so you can have them arrive at your door within a one minute interval from 10:00 to 10:01 on tuesday and friday is community. Someone tailoring your shirts so you don’t notice any friction against your skin anymore is community.
The tools that capitalism can provide are depersonalized, poorly fitting, and often malicious, but a community can work with you can come to understand you and learn to fit your needs better than anything you’re likely to be able to buy.
I didn’t intepret it as multi-layered so much as generating a new “layer” when the previous one ended. It’s like how false awakening doesn’t actually require multiple layers of dreams, it’s just you dreaming about waking up in the same way you might dream about going to the beach.

Later, ReVanced allegedly copied a lot of Morphe code without attribution, when the Morphe open source licence required attribution, with an alleged screenshot of the ReVanced discord channel showing a developer wanting to use AI to automatically copy Morphe code. The ReVanced subreddit also allegedly bans people who bring up Morphe.
