We’re working with a vet that specialises in behavioural therapy. My dog is taking Gabapentin (a human drug for epilepsy ¯\(ツ)/¯) and it’s definitely helping her. She’s now sufficiently calm that we can successfully work at counter conditioning her triggers. It’s a slow process but seeing her become increasingly relaxed in her environment is so rewarding. Maybe you can find a specialist near you that can prescribe stronger meds and guide you through the conditioning work?
