8 days agoI enjoy this game a lot. And I hope they will finish the story with a next game. The radio silence makes me think this won’t happen though. Fucking EA being EA.

That’s a horrible title for a halo game. Sheesh…
325·3 months agoWe sued people. Well, I think. Since the people are unknown. They didn’t show up, so we won. Now unknown people need to pay whatever we say they should pay.
Great job, let’s pat ourselves on the back. We fought the man and won.
For the future maybe. For games that were sold one day, they would have to either keep supporting it, or release server software.
It is up to the gamers to keep supporting this practice in the future.
I can still play Unreal Tournament '99 and 2004 even though the servers are offline. I can even still play it online with the server ip and even use the server browser with fan mods.
You can’t say the same for the crew when it goes offline.
I really want id to be independent. But that’s never going to happen.
