Not happening. They’ve botched the launch of their controller so I wouldn’t have faith in them making their way into anything with a large scale fab.

That’s a good one 🤣

I think it’s mostly being a quick typer.

The ones that used to exist, at least. I don’t see too many private individuals joining up now.

So much for “dials” they can turn up if needed. What a clusterfuck.

I think it’s more that they’re implying the company is likely to get worse in the future and start trying shit, not what they’ve already experienced. The price now being nearly 10x what it once was is a pretty big red flag, after all.

Wallpaper Engine only requires Steam running during setup and grabbing stuff from workshop. After that, it works independently.

Always was. It stunk from the start.

I’m not saying there haven’t been bad games. I’m saying they haven’t followed all the GaaS and microtransactions-out-the-wahzoo trends of everything else.

This is what unfiltered corruption looks like. Hopefully people will stop blindly glazing the EU now.

More surprising is it’s an old franchise that still has games made and hasn’t suffered through being enshittified like so many others.

And it was already on the ground.

Then I hope Microsoft gets used to not selling their consoles… Again

I think they’d be at least slightly bothered by Hypervisor being day-one, to the best of my knowledge, even if full cracks aren’t. For those who’re willing, it still allows games to be played at launch. I bet there are some firm words being exchanged in the C-suite recently, trying to pressure Denuvo into “getting it sorted”.

I think the intent is without an emulator.

Only downside to the crack is it’s behind on updates, unlike the HV version. I’m not dissing it, just letting people know.

Oh fun, yet another attempt to mislead the government while under oath. Fucking scum. Never trust a corp.

I think it’s even simpler than that; to find out what the maximum people really will pay is. The price has gone down, but not to what it was before. There’s still something like a 20% increase. If people go crawling back, MS has just figured out where the suckers are.
Then they weren’t paying attention. They had wishlist numbers and a noticeable niche of YT was ablaze about it. Both of those were indicators at the least.
