As a casual player I’ve never found an MMO that interests me, so catering to a hardcore audience isn’t a bad idea.
They’ve always felt like “single player games but you need help to defeat a bullet sponge every so often”. I’m sure being a part of a guild makes these segments great but when you’re a new player on your own they feel unapproachable.
I’d love to play a multiplayer game where players contribute to a developing story rather than repeat the same one everyone else has done. Obviously that’s a ton of work so I’m not surprised it doesn’t exist.

Ayy stumbled across another stuck in the fog!
I’m honestly surprised Bhvr has managed to keep up the good will for this long but I’m not complaining.
First of all, congratulations! Releasing a game is no easy feat, and I hope you’re proud of what you’ve achieved.
But just a note on marketing: This is a very text/image heavy platform where there’s a good chance people can’t watch a video so easily, such as being on data or in a shared space. Adding a text description of what your game is (and what makes it fun!) would go a long way for people who have never heard of it before… like me!
Additionally your steam link is to an announcement that appears to be identical to what you’ve already written here. Swapping it out for the direct store page link would go a long way. I know it seems silly, but a lot of people skip over something they might have loved due to the smallest bit of friction!
I wish you the smoothest release!
