

That doesn’t mean they aren’t terrorists, especially given the Lebanese government has been trying to get rid of them to no avail because, like you said, one wing has substantial power. Hell, half of Israel’s government got into power based on ideology that thier neighbours would always invade and try to get rid of them and therefore they should become fascists, that doesn’t make them not terrorists either. If they wanted to actually help Lebanon and its people instead of furthering their own and Iran’s goals, they could fucking work with the Lebanese army.

That is true, that does not make them not also terrorists, which previous operations either targeting or having obvious disregard for the wellbeing of civilians would qualify them for. Israel was also founded by terrorists (and continues to be ruled by them obviously). My point is just that we should probably not take a belligerent of war at face value when they say the other side started it.
