Yeah I changed to Wholphin recently, and it’s pretty cool — though you may need to tweak a couple of things depending on your TV

So you’re going the full HTPC route? I did that a while back, but tbh it’s become much more difficult since the streamers started locking up their APIs and using hardware DRM. The reason I suggest the Shield is that you get native support for streamers and also Jellyfin/Kodi/whatever in the same box. You can’t do that on Linux, sadly

I know you said it must be Linux, but you could replace your Apple TV with an Nvidia Shield

Tbf I feel like we’re reaching a point now where you do have to look at reality and accept it just isn’t happening. Consider the spiralling budgets and schedules of recent nuclear build outs and compare to what’s been happening in the renewables/batteries space.

To be as generous as possible, maybe, with absolutely perfect project management, nuclear could compete. Maybe. But we just don’t have that. This is capitalism, and there is no way to make nuclear viable under this system.
