That way a certain subset of members could just drive-by downvote without getting themselves dirty.
good lord, who does this? why waste the thumb energy? seems like a dick move… it’s easier to do no harm. crappy posts will die by themselves.

me and the other folks trying to get this working disagree. there are several threads about it on the GOS forum.

that is the point of the work profile when used as the non-primary profile.
same phone; but work profile cannot see or interact with the primary profile or configure the device. if the corporate account is used as the primary, they can wipe the phone remotely.

0% of the apps/methods available at the time worked with my employers setup. I did everything except the adb method. ended up getting a crap phone for work. it just sits on my desk anyway.

There was no work profile support when I last tried to convert. deal breaker, atm.

I self hosted windows for many years, mostly because that is what I used at work. I liked it because it hid some of the low level details and worked most of the time.
The thing that finally made me switch was the exorbitant cost of licenses and the need to run services on older hardware.
DM me if you want some keys. I have a few copies of win10 and winIOT laying around that I’m not going to use.

you are correct @iamthetot.

take it out. I had more than one ballon on me when I left them in.
there are lots of reasons it can happen, but since this was in a closet I didn’t notice it and I suppose could’ve been a fire hazard eventually.
some laptops might have reduced performance in this configuration though.

lol, right…“misdeeds”

This just in! Hot things are hot and they make other things hot.
lol. good luck, man.
maybe you and your colleagues shouldn’t be writing code…?
you have chosen a valid solution to the problem. congratulations.
experienced this first hand the other day… fresh boot and the damn thing is using like 11gb. luckily this was not my machine, and I’m on a Mac, but I felt the guys pain.
