We used to go weekly for groceries and spent hundreds per month, but have been consciously changing our buying habits for a couple of years. We’ve now got it down to once every 6 weeks or so for things we can’t easily find elsewhere. At today’s prices we’d probably be spending $450 per month, instead we’re spending about $15, if that.
We fucking love not going to Walmart.
Yeah, Walmart is the last stop after Costco and Winco for us. We usually grab like 5 things.
In Illinois, where the citizens will soon have to provide ID just to use their devices. Nothing will come of this and they’ll continue to do it. Everything, everywhere is working on tracking and spying on every single thing we do.
I honestly am hating the amount of unnecessary information being collected by all these types of big corporations all over the place.
Who’s idea is it to jam all this surveillance tech into a store just to see my buy a expired box of Twinkies?
Jeremy. That fucker.
It’s been unnecessary for a long time. It’s to make sure we know we are being watched. It’s 1984. That’s my conspiracy that hasn’t been proven wrong, yet. After covid. We got too many better jobs. More free time. The tech bros saw this and with the current billionaire administration, said “absolutely fucking not.” So ice, police state, constant visible surveillance. It’s 1984 but they need us to comply.
Almost like some sort off ‘food code’ or ‘foo-co’ but make it French so its all fancy-like. How would you spell that?
Wait till ya hear what they did to dairy farmers
