Arc has sadly been dead while now. There’s exactly zero chance that Nvidia would agree to this if it was any other way. Currently Nvidia is riding high on the bubble. And probably looking to take over Intel after all it’s missteps. Intel for their part is continuing to misstep. If and when the bubble pops. Nvidia will have new IP to license. Very important Legacy IP.

I think this play is actually their stifling of Arc, not that it’s already gone (though it was def on its last legs before this)
