Plus library cards can be used to access ebooks and audiobooks. They really are a fantastic resource

I think the only things that should matter for regulation/classification are size, weight, and speed. How the bike is powered doesn’t really matter. If someone has joint issues they may want to use the throttle, rather than pedaling.

As others have said, it integrates with your local library. It works pretty flawlessly

Would this effect all ebikes? that seems a bit extreme.
